Booking and paying for the New Year's tour:
- When booking a New Year's tour, it is mandatory to make an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the order.
- Prepayment is made by online transfer to the hotel's checking account
- The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
- If you cancel your reservation after 12/01/2025, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Hotel rules for the period from 12/30/2026 to 01/10/2027
- Check–in at the hotel starts at 14:00. Check–out time is 12:00.
- The room rate includes accommodation and a buffet breakfast.
- During the period from 12/30/2026 to 01/10/2027, early check-in and late check-out are not available.
- Children under 3 years old inclusive without additional payment. seats and breakfasts are free of charge.
- Attention! Check-in at the hotel is carried out only if you have a passport or other document specified in clause 18 of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation (Government Decree No. 1912 dated 11/27/2025). Please note that a passport or other document specified in this paragraph must be provided for all guests checking into the hotel.
- The cost of an additional breakfast from 12/30/2026 to 01/10/2027: January 1 and 2 – 2000 rubles/person, other days – 1000 rubles /person.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
